Kevin McCullough, Ph.D., QME
Dr. McCullough is a veteran clinical and forensic psychologist with over 25-years’ experience specializing in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with co-occurring medical and psychological conditions. He conducts assessments of pain syndromes, musculoskeletal conditions, brain injuries, headaches, gastrointestinal and cardiological conditions and potential psychological contributions and reactions in adults.
Dr. McCullough has a background of assessment and treatment of dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental illness. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of personal injury claims, workers compensation injuries, and civil claims. He has been deposed and testified in personal injury and employment matters, and has provided skilled evaluations.
Dr. McCullough is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in Psychology for the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Worker's Compensation and has conducted innumerable medical-legal, Panel, and Agreed Medical Evaluations (AME). Dr. McCullough is on multiple MPN's and conducts AOE/COE determinations, evaluation and treatment consultations. He is well versed in utilizing sound psychological principles in application of evidence based analysis within the medical-legal field.
